There are direct trains to Bienne every hour from Basel, Zurich, Zurich Airport, Bern and Geneva. From Lugano, change at Olten (see www.sbb.ch). From Biel / Bienne railway station, follow the route marked in red on the plan below to reach the Swatch Group Head Office (about 10 minutes).

By road:

  • From Basel (110 km), take the A2 autoroute then the A1 towards Bern, then the A5 to Biel / Bienne.
  • From Zurich (135 km), take the A1 autoroute towards Bern, then the A5 to Biel / Bienne.
  • From Bern (35 km), take the A1 autoroute towards Zurich, then the A6 to Biel / Bienne.
  • From Geneva (160 km), take the A1 autoroute towards Bern, then the A5 to Biel / Bienne.
  • From Lugano (265 km), take the A2 autoroute then the A1 towards Bern, then the A5 to Biel / Bienne.
